STALLION EXTENDS TIRE LIFE & SAVES MONEY
By eliminating air pressure loss, your tires will always be operating at the correct pre-set pressure. By operating at the correct pressure, tread wear, and casing fatigue can be reduced. This means you will enjoy longer tread life, more retreads per casing and use less fuel.

STALLION RETAINS THE AIR VOLUME/PRESSURE IN ALL TIRES
It is normal for tires to lose small amounts of air during normal operation aka porosity. This doesn’t mean the tire is faulty or damaged, but it does require regular pressure checks. When you have STALLION installed, air loss no longer occurs. STALLION will prevent air loss and stop bead/rim/vent and o-ring leaks. For safety reasons, it is still recommended to check tire pressure in accordance with federal, state and provincial laws.

STALLION REDUCES ROLLING RESISTANCE, INCREASING FUEL ECONOMY
Have you ever tried pushing a vehicle with a flat or partially flat tire? Even 5% under-inflation will increase the tire’s rolling resistance, which in turn requires more energy (fuel) to move the tire along the road. By retaining the correct air pressure, rolling resistance is reduced, resulting in less friction and fuel used.

STALLION REDUCES COSTLY DOWN TIME
Lost productivity is expensive and frustrating. A common cause of downtime is usually a tire related problem. By considerably reducing tire-related problems, your downtime will be reduced and productivity/profits increased.

STALLION COATS THE INNER LINER OF TIRES TO PERMANENTLY ELIMINATE AIR LOSS DUE TO POROSITY AND BEAD/RIM LEAKS FOR THE LIFE OF THE TIRE TREAD
Due to its advanced technological formula, STALLION forms an even thin protective coating over the inner liner of your tires, which permanently seals against porosity and bead/rim leaks.

STALLION HELPS PREVENT BELT AND TREAD SEPARATION IN THE TIRE
The major cause of belt and/or tread separation is overheating of the tire due to under-inflation and/or overloading. STALLION will ensure the tire is at correct pressure at all times, thereby maintaining the correct operating temperature of the tire. STALLION also acts as a heat transfer agent, helping to reduce the operating temperature of tires.

STALLION MOISTURIZES THE TIRE CASING AND PREVENTS IT FROM DRYING OUT
Just like our skin; tire’s dry out with age and chamber heat. By moisturizing the casing, you can extend casing life and even obtain more recaps per casing.

STALLION INCREASES THE NUMBER OF RECAPS PER CASING
The number of recaps per casing is largely dependent on the condition of the casing. The main factor that has a negative effect on casings is under-inflation, which causes excessive flexing and overheats the tire. By eliminating air loss with STALLION, the under inflation/overheating factor is eliminated, resulting in longer casing life and more recaps per casing.

STALLION IS EASILY WIPED OR WASHED OUT OF THE CASING WITH WATER
STALLION has the unique ability to coat the inner liner of a tire without permanently bonding to it. This enables STALLION to be easily removed from a dismounted tire for recapping or to carry out a section repair or damage too large for STALLION to seal.

STALLION PERMANENTLY SEALS AVERAGE SIZE PUNCTURES IN THE TREAD AREA
We would like to be more specific when describing the size of punctures STALLION will seal. In controlled testing situations, STALLION has sealed punctures larger than ½” or 1.3cm. In real life situations, however, certain variables will determine the size of puncture that can be sealed, variables such as: tire dry rot, condition of the tire, shape of the puncturing object, location of puncture in the tire. (Because of safety and excessive flexing, STALLION will not seal punctures in the sidewall area). If sidewall damage occurs, it is recommended that you contact your tire shop for professional evaluation.

ARDL test…Sahara is the only tire casing product that has been tested and passed by ARDL, one of the most recognized labs in the world for tire/rubber testing. The test was based on OEM test standards and TMC RP.
